Sarah Block studied biology, politics and economics, and history at the University of Kassel. At the University of Uppsala in Sweden she got an insight into international research. During her studies, she started working with Science Bridge. There she was in charge of developing and conducting molecular biology experiments for use in schools. Since 2011 she has been a teacher and has used her commitment to integrate science in schools through collaborations with the student labs Science Bridge, X-Lab and SFN to this day. In the course of her teaching career, she has successfully guided advanced courses on the way to the Abitur, mentored students in competitions, and inspired many young people to study science through her teaching.
