He graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in biology (BSc) from Jember University in East Java, Indonesia. Since November 2021, he has been working on his master’s thesis at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences in an exchange program.
In 2020, he received the first prize of the IGN-Bio student competition for his stop-motion video “Prime Editing”.
Since then, he has made several explainer videos on science communication of gene editing for the DFG project “CRISPR-Whisper” (SPP2141) and works freelance on various BioWissKomm projects.
